• Design “Thank You” cards
• Update website on regular basis

• Manage and coordinate Silent Auction and other charity donations
• Run errands in preparation for shoots and client meetings
• Purchase equipment and supplies, clean and organize photography and studio equipment, and schedule equipment maintenance and repairs.

• Perform cross-functional duties and other special projects, as assigned.

This is a full-time position reporting directly to Chief Photographer. Studio assistant provides a full spectrum of assistance to the photography team and manages most aspects of post production process. Your work will be mostly done at the studio and you are able to work remotely for the remaining hours. Some early morning, evening, and weekend work will be required. You’ll need a vehicle for running errands and fulfilling deliveries to clients.
